Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Rice the cauliflower using a food processor or grater.
Mix riced cauliflower with mozzarella, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Shape the mixture into small pizza crusts on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, then add pizza sauce and more mozzarella cheese.
Bake for another 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
