Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Rice the cauliflower using a food processor or grater.
  • Mix riced cauliflower with mozzarella, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Shape the mixture into small pizza crusts on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, then add pizza sauce and more mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for another 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
