Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Trim and halve Brussels sprouts.
Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, reserving bacon grease.
Add Brussels sprouts to the skillet with bacon grease and cook for 5-7 minutes, until slightly browned.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add bacon back to the skillet and toss to combine.
Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until Brussels sprouts are tender and slightly charred.
Notes
