  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 0.5 lb Bacon diced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Trim and halve Brussels sprouts.
  • Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, reserving bacon grease.
  • Add Brussels sprouts to the skillet with bacon grease and cook for 5-7 minutes, until slightly browned.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add bacon back to the skillet and toss to combine.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until Brussels sprouts are tender and slightly charred.
