Let the brownie cool completely on a wire rack.
While the brownie cools, prepare the frosting: In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Beat in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until well combined.
Spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the cooled brownie.
Top with whipped cream, fresh berries, and sprinkles as desired.
Slice and serve.
