  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 eggs eggs

Preparation Steps

  • Heat sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add eggs and scramble until cooked.
  • Add vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add cooked brown rice and soy sauce. Stir-fry until heated through.
  • Serve hot.

You can add other vegetables or protein to this recipe as desired.
