Preparation Steps
Blanch broccoli florets in boiling water for 2 minutes. Immediately transfer to an ice bath to stop cooking.
In a large bowl, combine broccoli, red onion, cranberries, and sunflower seeds.
Whisk together dressing ingredients (see recipe for details) and pour over the salad.
Toss gently to coat and serve chilled.
