  • 2 oz White Rum
  • 1 oz Blue Curacao
  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 0.75 oz Orange Juice
  • 0.5 oz Orgeat Syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • 1 slice Pineapple wedge for garnish
  • 1 piece Maraschino cherry for garnish

Preparation Steps

  • Fill a shaker with ice.
  • Add rum, blue curacao, pineapple juice, orange juice, orgeat syrup, and bitters.
  • Shake well until chilled.
  • Strain into a chilled glass filled with ice.
  • Garnish with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry.

Notes

For a stronger drink, increase the amount of rum. Adjust sweetness to your preference by adding more or less orgeat syrup.
