Instructions
Preparation Steps
Fill a shaker with ice.
Add rum, blue curacao, pineapple juice, orange juice, orgeat syrup, and bitters.
Shake well until chilled.
Strain into a chilled glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry.
Notes
For a stronger drink, increase the amount of rum. Adjust sweetness to your preference by adding more or less orgeat syrup.
