Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the pork sausage, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned. Drain off any excess grease.

Sprinkle the flour over the cooked sausage and stir to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, until lightly browned.

Gradually whisk in the milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally, until the gravy has thickened. Season with black pepper.

Cut each biscuit into quarters and place them in the prepared baking dish. Pour the sausage gravy evenly over the biscuits.
