Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, mash bananas. Add sugar, egg, and oil; mix well.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
