  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 5 oz fresh spinach

Preparation Steps

  • Cook linguine according to package directions.
  • In a large skillet, sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil for 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  • Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  • Toss cooked linguine with the sauce and serve immediately.

Notes
